We are a not-for-profit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of underprivileged children and communities through education, health, and empowerment initiatives.
Since 2015, we have been committed to providing quality education, nutritious meals, and essential resources to children and women in Khajuraho and surrounding areas.

Our Impact
Grass Routes Education Society has made significant contributions to the lives of children and families in Khajuraho. Here’s what we have achieved:
🎓 Education:
180+ students from BPL families receive quality education up to Class 8 at Wonderkids English School.
13 female teachers employed, fostering women's empowerment.
🩸 Menstrual Health:
535 packs of reusable sanitary pads distributed to women INCLUDING in tribal areas.
10+ community workshops held on menstrual health awareness.
💻 Digital Literacy:
Expanded computer lab to 13 computers.
7 computer classes conducted daily, six days a week.
🍽 Meals Program:
33,459 breakfasts served over 238 days.
Daily nutritious meals for 157 students and 13 teachers.
🏅 Sports & Well-being:
145 students participated in a full-day sports carnival.
100 parents and family members attended as spectators.
🏗 Infrastructure Dev
Constructed a new community kitchen for school meal preparation.
Moved Wonderkids School to a larger premises with better facilities.
