🎓 Education:
We believe that education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty. Wonderkids English School provides free, quality education to over 180 students from BPL families, ensuring they receive fundamental literacy and numeracy skills. With the recent expansion to Class 8, more children can continue their studies. Additionally, our computer lab with 13 computers enables students to develop essential digital skills, preparing them for a tech-driven world.
⛑️ Health & Well-being:
Good health is essential for a child’s learning and development. Our school meals program ensures that every student receives a nutritious breakfast daily, with over 33,459 meals served in the past year. We also run a sanitary pad distribution initiative, providing 535 reusable pad packs to women in rural areas while conducting menstrual health workshops to promote hygiene and awareness.
🫂 Community Development & Empowerment
Beyond education and health, we focus on creating sustainable opportunities for growth. We have employed 13 female teachers, fostering economic independence and empowerment. Our sports and extracurricular programs help 145 students build teamwork and resilience through structured physical activities. Infrastructure improvements, including a new school premises and a community kitchen, have enhanced the overall learning and living conditions for students and community members alike.
